Smmary of the article
This article is about how in the capital of south Korea, Seoul, taxi drivers install mobile televisions in the dashboards to watch. The problem is that the cad drivers get distracted while driving and that causes accidents. It caused about 200 accidents last year. In 2005 south Korea created a program called digital media broadcasting that allows people to watch tv almost anywhere. Last year the government created a law that makes it illegal to watch tv meanwhile driving. Now they are forcing drivers to remove their screens.

We think that the problem is basically of the drivers for watching the tv and forgetting their obligations as drivers. If there is going to be a tv, it should be only for passengers. They should put it in a place where the driver can't see it so he/she doesn't get distracted
