The problem is that the cad drivers get distracted while driving and that causes accidents. It caused about 200 accidents last year. In 2005 south Korea created a program called digital media broadcasting that allows people to watch tv almost anywhere. Last year the government created a law that makes it illegal to watch tv meanwhile driving. Now they are forcing drivers to remove their screens.
