Summary

This article is about the newest type of hominid called Adilopithicus Ramidus, Ardi for short. She was found in Etheopia about 15 years ago but its identity was unknown. Finally after all this years the puzzle that is her skeleton was put together. The hardest part of the body was the skull because it was completely crushed. She is thought to have lived 4.4 years ago. This hominid had a peculiar toe that let her walk on the ground and climb trees(Africa was a forest not a savana back then). This hominid showed that we did not evolve from chimpanzees but we do share a common ancestor, if their theory is proven right.
